Privatization of portuguese electric company to Chinese

The president of China Three Gorges, Cao Guangjing; the chairman of the board of Parpública, Joaquim Reis and António Mexia, chairman of the Board of EDP signed an agreement that gives the first formal step for the acquisition of a state share of 21.35% in the EDP.
