  • Mr Montrond serves a glass of wine produced in Cha das Caldeiras, a disperse village inside Fogo's volcano caldera. The rich volcanic soil helps the growing of vineyards and coffee plants. Despite the danger of living so close to the volcano the villagers rejected to move after the last eruption in 1995.
